Quarterly free lunch for winner of lowest absences

Possibility of financial incentive from district if we reduce Guest
Teacher costs.

Peer elected “teacher of the year” includes attendance

Changing simple vernacular from “I get 15 sick days/year” to I
have the protection of 15 days if needed.
