- Indian Hill High School was ranked 3rd in Ohio and 55th in the nation by Newsweek magazine!
- Student scores on the ACT increased from 26.1 in 2014 to 26.9 this year. All time high scores were earned for three out of four subtests. Thanks to all of our K-12 staff for preparing our students so well!
-Our Kindergarten class is the largest since 2006. Growth is being seen at each grade level, with an overall increase of 3% district wide. More families are choosing Indian Hill schools for their children.
-At the Board meeting last night., Julie Toth reported the following changes in our premium rates for 2016:
-a 7% decrease in health insurance rates
-a 6% increase in dental insurance rates
-a 2% decrease in group term life insurance rates
-no change in vision insurance rates
The 7% decrease in health insurance rates should far outweigh the
6% increase in dental insurance rates so this is a win for the district and for
all of us.
Julie credits the decrease in health insurance rates to our
Wellness Initiative and the self-funding of our health consortium.
Dr. Hooker thanked the faculty for being health conscious and
proactive which accounts for the lower premium rates.
