The IHEPO is an independent organization of educators from the Indian Hill Exempted Village School District in Cincinnati, Ohio.

We enjoy and benefit from strength in numbers as well as a positive and collaborative relationship with the administration, community and the Board of Education.

The purpose of this blog is to share information with our members and with anyone interested in educational issues.

Our Mission Statement

The Indian Hill Educators Professional Organization is an independent organization representing licensed teachers, counselors and nurses in the Indian Hill Exempted Village School District.


Our mission is to promote the best practices of the teaching profession, protect the professional welfare of our members, encourage teachers to accept leadership roles in the school as well as the community, and build strong, lasting relationships with all stakeholders in the community.
