Innovation:
New HS course offerings include AP Capstone, AP European for freshman, Layout and
        Design, Advanced Speech, Ceramics III, Reading Support, Applied Biology, AP
        Physics I and II, AP Research, Coaching and Officiating, STEM
Research, implementation and analysis of course assessments to meet state required
        student growth measures
HS teaches provide differentiated academic support in guided study halls
Relationships are established with community experts in order to augument classroom
       investigation
Elementary teachers collaborate to provide differentiation within flexible skills groupings
       during Exploration time and in the before-school Boost program.
Fifth grade teachers plan and supervise the end of year 5th Grade Celebration
Middle School teachers design and provide support during afterschool study sessions
The creation of a non-affiliated, teacher-led representation transformed our professional
       culture - the IHEPO
