You may have heard about the Ohio State Board of Education eliminating the 5 of 8 Rule, which required local school boards to employ 5 out of 8 possible positions, including art, music and PE teachers, school nurses, librarians and counselors. The Board felt it was best if local school boards had more control in decision making. At Indian Hill, we know our Board and community support these services for students, but we want all students in Ohio to also have the same opportunities.
